Responsibilities

• Lead and guide guests on outdoor adventure trips and excursions safely and professionally.
• Ensure all participants understand and follow safety protocols and guidelines throughout the trip.
• Provide informative and engaging commentary about the natural environment, wildlife, and local history.
• Assist in planning and organizing adventure itineraries tailored to client needs and skill levels.
• Maintain all equipment and vehicles used during excursions to ensure safety and reliability.
• Monitor participants’ wellbeing and offer support to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone.
• Collaborate with the team to improve and develop new adventure activities and wellness programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an outdoor guide or similar role in adventure or wellness tourism.
• Strong knowledge of outdoor safety practices, survival skills, and first aid certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate participants.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lead challenging activities in diverse weather conditions.
• Passion for nature, environmental stewardship, and promoting wellness through outdoor activities.
• Ability to manage group dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively and diplomatically.
• Valid driver’s license and experience operating off-road vehicles or boats if applicable.
