Client Services Representative General Requirements:
»Minimum of 1 year of practice in a Customer Service Representative or Account Management function, preferably in a B2B environment.
»Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and the capability to work comfortably with multiple screens in a Windows-located environment.
»Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing, documentation, and customer communication.
»Excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written, with the capability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
»Demonstrated problem-solving expertise and the capability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
»A positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and availability to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
Client Services Representative Responsibilities:
»Serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, handling inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.
»Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem resolution.
»Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and delivery schedules to clients.
»Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
»Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, coordinating with sales, logistics, and finance departments as required.
»Navigate Excel and utilize a multi-screen Windows-located environment to manage customer accounts and data effectively.
»Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
»Adhere to company policies and procedures, following established processes for customer service excellence.
