Preschool FLEX Teacher

We’re looking for a Preschool FLEX Teacher to support our joyful, play-based classrooms at First Presbyterian Preschool of East Aurora —a cherished part of our community since 1962.

About Us: Located in the big white church across from the library, First Presbyterian Preschool has been nurturing the littlest members of the East Aurora community for generations. We offer a well-rounded preschool experience for 3-year-olds (Sunshine Room) and 4/5-year-olds (Star Room) that supports the social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual growth of every child. Our program thrives on family involvement and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Our Mission: Empowering students for a brighter future through child-centered learning by nurturing the whole child—socially, emotionally, physically, academically, and spiritually.

We’re Looking For a Teacher Aide Who:

• Loves working with children ages 3–5
• Has a kind, encouraging, and flexible spirit
• Enjoys supporting lead teachers with classroom activities and supervision
• Can assist with classroom prep, clean-up, and transitions
• Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively
• Is dependable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with young children in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A heart for early childhood education
