This enhanced understanding will contribute to the broader comprehension of CDG pathophysiology, potentially uncovering novel targets for therapeutic intervention. 2. _Identification of Therapeutic Targets:_ By employing a multidisciplinary approach encompassing molecular biology, viral vector technology, cell culture, electrophysiology, immunohistochemistry, and advanced imaging methodologies, we aim to identify specific metabolic alterations driving the brain pathology in CDG. These findings hold promise for the development of targeted therapeutic interventions aimed at alleviating or reversing the debilitating symptoms associated with CDG. 3. _Publication of Research Findings:_ We anticipate the publication of high-impact research findings in peer-reviewed journals, highlighting our contributions to the field of CDG research. The salary range for the role is $72500 - $80000 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
