What You'll Be Doing : As our Accounts Receivable Clerk , you’ll take the lead in managing accounts receivable functions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cash Applications : Process and post payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution : Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and disputes efficiently.
• Bank Deposits : Prepare and process daily bank deposits with precision.
• Reconciliation : Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring all payments are accurately applied and outstanding balances are addressed.
• Records Maintenance : Maintain organized and comprehensive records for all financial transactions.
• Collaboration : Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to resolve issues and ensure seamless processes.

What We're Looking For :

The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records. Other qualifications include:

• 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable , specifically with cash applications, chargebacks, and bank deposits.
• Strong Excel skills , including advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, and PivotTables.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
