This position requires excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, racks, and displays
• Ensure accurate labeling, pricing, and placement of merchandise
• Help customers locate products and answer inquiries about merchandise
• Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing merchandise shipments
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and inventory systems
