Fashion & Culture Podcast Production VA
Job Summary
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the end-to-end production and publishing of a premium fashion and culture podcast. You'll oversee YouTube publishing, thumbnail creation, SEO optimization, content repurposing, and production workflows to help grow the podcast across multiple platforms.
Experience in the fashion, culture, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, is highly required. Candidates should have an eye for premium visual storytelling and understand the aesthetics and audience expectations of fashion-focused content.

Key Responsibilities
Podcast Production
- Manage the production workflow from asset delivery to publication.
- Organize episode files and publishing assets in Google Drive.
- Maintain publishing schedules and perform quality checks before release.
YouTube Publishing & SEO
- Upload and optimize episodes in YouTube Studio.
- Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and metadata.
- Research relevant keywords to improve discoverability and audience retention.
Thumbnail Design
- Design premium YouTube thumbnails that align with the podcast's fashion and culture brand.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity while following creative direction.
Intro & Outro Production
- Create polished intros and outros using motion graphics, music, typography, and brand elements.
Content Repurposing
- Repurpose podcast episodes into engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

- Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
- CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software
- Google Drive
- Buzzsprout (preferred)
- Spotify for Creators, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, or similar podcast distribution platforms
