Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of M&A and private equity transactions , including buyouts, investments, divestitures, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and ancillary agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel to deliver efficient and innovative solutions.
• Provide strategic legal advice that balances risk management with business objectives.

Requirements

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• Class of 2017-2021 (3-8 years of post-qualification experience).
• Strong experience in M&A and private equity transactions at a leading law firm.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
