Just for Kids , a community-centered non-profit, is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and motivated staff to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year! If you have a passion for working with children and believe in creating an engaging, safe, and enriching environment, we want to meet you!

Just for Kids provides before and after-school programs across various school districts including Amherst, Cheektowaga Central, Cheektowaga Sloan, Cleveland Hill, Grand Island, Sweet Home, and Williamsville Central, as well as select private schools in Amherst, Buffalo, Swormville, and Hamburg.

We're hiring for the 2025-2026 school year and Summer Camp 2026!

Available Positions:

• Team Leaders: Supervise and engage children with fun, age-appropriate activities, ensuring safety in a structured environment.
• Program Teachers: Deliver engaging activities and help with supervision and administrative tasks.
• Art/Sport/Music Specialists: Lead exciting activities in art, sports, and music to inspire and engage children.
• Floaters: Provide support across multiple programs, helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for kids.
• PreK Specialists: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for PreK 3 & 4 students.
• Assistant Program Managers and Program Managers: Oversee operations, manage staff, and implement activities ensuring a safe, structured environment.
