E-commerce Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end process of product onboarding and management, ensuring every lilting is accurate, compelling, and up to date
- Master pricing strategies and execute weekly e-commerce updates with precision
- Implement best-in-class SEO practices, from crafting engaging titles and descriptions to managing redirects and optimizing title tags, to boost online visibility
- Oversee the daily functionality of web shops, proactively managing content, inventory, and price adjustments to deliver an optimal user experience
- Address and resolve any product attribute discrepancies (images, brands, descriptions, etc.) to maintain a pristine online catalog
- Enhance the overall online shopping experience and provide essential online customer support
- Collaborate closely with various departments to align online presence with the overarching business strategy and synchronize omni-channel efforts
- Data-Driven Decisions: Prepare insightful e-commerce performance reports, analyze the health of our online stores, and lead initiatives to improve profitability
- Contribute to exciting special projects, marketing, and social media initiatives that support our dynamic and growing business
Qualifications:
- Proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for e-commerce
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce platform management, with a strong track record in creating and maintaining detailed product listings and managing inventory
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, and coordinate activities across diverse teams
- Basic graphic design and editing skills (e.g., Canva) to enhance product visuals
- Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for success in this role
- Receptive to feedback and thrives in an independent work environment
- Familiarity with multiple e-commerce platforms and marketplaces Bonus Points: Experience with CRM and/or fraud prevention systems
- A solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, online consumer behavior, and emerging industry trends
- The ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail
- Entry-level applicants and recent graduates with relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply!
Education:
- Bachelors' Degree (Preferred)
