Coordinator
Radical Health is hiring a Fellowship & Alumni Coordinator to help mentor our current fellows and strengthen connections across our community. This part-time role (up to 20 hrs/week, $20/hr) is perfect for Radical Health Fellowship alumni or experienced restorative justice facilitators who want to give back while growing their leadership skills. You'll co-facilitate circles, support fellows, and help shape our program. Based in NYC (hybrid), 6-month term with potential for renewal.

Location: Hybrid /Remote, NYC-based
Reports to: Program & Community Director
Term: November 2025 - April 2026 (6 months, with potential for renewal)

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Fellowship & Alumni Coordinator role is a new opportunity for alumni of the Radical Health Fellowship (or experienced restorative health facilitators) to continue growing as leaders while giving back to the fellowship community.
We are looking for leaders who will help mentor current fellows, co-facilitate sessions, contribute to program planning, and support alumni engagement.
This role is for you if you:
- Are a Radical Health Fellowship alum or have demonstrated experience in restorative justice facilitation
- Have experience in circle keeping and circle design
- Are excited to give back and support the next generation of fellows.
- Are a community-builder and connector at heart.
- Believe in the power of restorative practices, community health, and health equity.
- Have experience (formal or informal) mentoring, facilitating, or supporting others in community or professional settings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of Radical Health Fellowship OR equivalent restorative justice training
- Demonstrated experience in circle keeping and circle design (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to commit to in-person NYC events at least once per month
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to health equity and community-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide current fellows through one-on-one check-ins, circles, and peer support.
- Co-facilitate fellow sessions, workshops, or community circles alongside Radical Health staff.
- Strengthen alumni engagement and connections with current fellows.
- Provide input on program design, curriculum, and evaluation.
- Attend in-person NYC events and represent Radical Health in community spaces.
Hours and Compensation: This is a part time position, up to 20 hours per week at a rate of $20 per hour.
