As the Lead Building Engineer , you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of all building systems, with a focus on HVAC , Building Management Systems , and Electrical Systems . Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reactive and proactive maintenance across all building systems
• Oversee the operation and optimization of HVAC , electrical , and mechanical systems
• Conduct multi-skilled maintenance (electrical, mechanical, and HVAC) to ensure system efficiency
• Implement system modifications and installations as required
• Coordinate with sub-contractors , suppliers , and other service providers
• Maintain tools and equipment to the highest standards
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, building occupants, and management
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and maintenance staff

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Building Engineer or HVAC Technician in a commercial setting
• Proven expertise in HVAC systems and Building Management Systems (BMS)
• HVAC and Electrical licenses (preferred)
• Ability to handle a variety of technical issues with confidence and efficiency
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor, especially in client-facing situations
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
