Warehouse Shrinkwrapper
About the Role
Our Warehouse Shrinkwrappers play a critical role in ensuring our products are prepared with precision, care, and consistency before they reach our customers. Warehouse Shrinkwrappers help maintain our high-quality standards by accurately counting, packaging, and protecting products so they are ready for distribution.
We provide training and opportunities for advancement for team members who are dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.
Responsibilities
- · Accurately count and package products into standard bundle quantities (e.g., 25, 50, 100)
- · Operate shrink-wrapping equipment safely and efficiently
- · Inspect products and finished packages for accuracy, quality, and proper wrapping
- · Label and organize packaged products according to established standards
- · Proactively address errors, shortages, or quality concerns with supervisors
- · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- · Meet daily production and quality goals as part of a team
- · Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- · Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as needed
Requirements
- · Must be at least 18 years old
- · Basic English communication skills sufficient to perform job duties
- · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- · Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions required
- · Ability to accurately count and follow written or verbal instructions
- · Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
Schedule & Compensation
- · Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
- · Hourly rate: $16.00-$17.00
- · Day, night, weekend, and overtime shifts may be available
- · Schedule: 12pm – 8:30pm
- · Work Location: Onsite in East Syracuse, NY
