RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Intern, Face & Body Skincare Prod. Development & Innovation - Philosophy you are responsible for supporting product development and go-to-market execution for the skincare portfolio. Must demonstrate ownership of programs, embracing both big picture objectives and follow-through on details.

Your main focus:

• Assist the Senior Marketing Director on ideation to execution of skincare activation plans partnering cross-functionally with R&D, IL, trade marketing, activation, education on campaign materials

• Write and deliver briefs to provide brand direction on innovation for R&D, IL teams

• Must be able to seamlessly work across multiple projects involving multiple stakeholders and must easily adapt to change and be proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions.

• Conduct category and competitive assessment and leverage consumer insights that will influence strategic business recommendations and day-to-day project management.

The team consists of Intern, Face & Body Skincare Prod. Development & Innovation - Philosophy working closely together with several departments such asR&D, IL, trade marketing, activation, education. All your colleaguesarepassionate, driven and collaborative.

QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• At least 1-2 years of experience working in the beauty industry (internships, coordinator roles)

• Undergraduate degree required. MBA a plus

• Must be willing to come to our NY office at ESB at twice a week in person.

Desirable:

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Must be a self-starter, professionally mature, accountable, flexible, resourceful, organized and highly detail-oriented with accurate work output

• Base Salary Range: $25 - $35 per hour, based on experience
