Audio and Video Activation Assistant
Role Summary
The Assistant, Video & Audio supports the Video and Audio Activation team in managing the logistical and financial components of campaign execution. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organized, and is comfortable digging into large sets of data especially invoices and media tracking documentation. A curiosity about advertising and an eye for detail are essential.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions (other duties as assigned).
- Review and process high volumes of vendor invoices for video, audio, and streaming media campaigns
- Reconcile campaign buys against actual delivery and contracted terms
- Maintain organized documentation across all platforms including invoice tracking systems and Dropbox
- Assist with compiling post-buy reports and budget tracking sheets in Excel
- Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and track down missing information
- Help ensure campaigns are accurately documented and financial records are audit-ready
- Input and maintain data related to campaign pacing, flight dates, and placements in internal systems
- Support the activation team in any administrative tasks that ensure campaign accuracy and operational efficiency
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Google Suite
- High comfort working with large data sets and repetitive tasks with precision
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Demonstrated interest in advertising, media, finance, or operations
- Previous internship or professional experience in a business, finance, or media role is a plus
