As an Operator, you will execute precision screen printing processes on thin film components used in semiconductor manufacturing. This role demands a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain work instructions and set up screen printing equipment.
• Select and apply appropriate paste per specifications.
• Operate machines to print components with precision and consistency.
• Perform visual alignment checks and cure printed ink in furnaces.
• Clean screens and equipment after each process.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Environment

The company manufactures a wide range of discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components essential for modern technology across various industries, including automotive, industrial, computing, consumer, telecommunications, military, and medical. Work shifts include 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm and 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7am. Operators will work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to ITAR regulations, and must provide proof of citizenship.

This is a Permanent position based out of Niagara Falls, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
