Expeditor

Unapologetic Foods is looking for an experienced Expeditor to join our team at Semma . If you thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality driven environment—we want to meet you.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Clean and maintain cleanliness at the pass and relative kitchen areas
• Manage the flow of orders through ticketing system for dining service
• Identify all notes from tickets and communicate with line cooks and chef all allergies and special requests
• Ensure the quality of all dishes meets the agreed standard
• Setup and maintain all garnishes
• Follow all Department of Health and kitchen guidelines for sanitation and food safety
• Assist with Kitchen operations as directed by the Chef and management such as restocking or receiving and maintaining a clean environment
• All other duties as assigned by management

Required skills and expertise:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an expeditor in a high-end, full service restaurant
• Ability to multitask
• Passion for hospitality, food, and service excellence
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The pay range for this position is $17.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include 401(k), Commuter benefits and dining discounts.
