Reservationist

Parcelle - Chinatown
New York, NY
About Us

We are a New York City–based hospitality services team providing centralized reservations and guest experience support for a growing portfolio of restaurant clients.

Each of our clients has its own unique identity, cuisine, and approach to hospitality. Our role is to understand what makes every concept distinct while maintaining consistently high standards of professionalism, warmth, and operational excellence. Exceptional guest experiences begin long before a guest walks through the door, and we are committed to creating thoughtful, personalized interactions that reflect the character of each restaurant we support.

As our portfolio expands, our team continues to build systems and service standards that allow independent restaurant concepts to deliver seamless, hospitality-driven reservation experiences while preserving the individuality that makes each destination unique.

What You'll Do

As a Reservationist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests across a portfolio of exceptional restaurant concepts. As part of our centralized Reservations & Guest Services team, you'll play a vital role in creating seamless, personalized guest experiences before guests ever arrive at the restaurant.

This is a collaborative, fast-paced role that requires balancing the unique service standards of multiple concepts while delivering consistently warm, thoughtful hospitality. You'll partner closely with General Managers, Events teams, and Operations leadership all of our Portfolio restaurants to ensure every reservation is handled with care and every guest feels genuinely welcomed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and guest inquiries across multiple restaurant concepts via CRM platforms, email, and phone
  • Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and timely communication tailored to each restaurant's unique style and service philosophy
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles, preferences, allergies, celebrations, dietary restrictions, and VIP notes to create personalized experiences
  • Monitor reservation books to maximize seating efficiency while protecting the guest experience and operational flow
  • Coordinate large parties, special occasions, VIP visits, and special requests with restaurant management and Events teams
  • Assist with reservation releases, waitlists, and high-demand booking periods
  • Respond thoughtfully to guest concerns and service recovery opportunities, escalating feedback when appropriate
  • Partner with restaurant teams to ensure guest preferences and important details are communicated accurately
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of reservation standards, guest experience initiatives, and operational best practices as our client portfolio grows
  • Maintain the highest standards of organization, professionalism, discretion, and hospitality
We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Has at least one year of previous experience in hospitality, reservations, host, concierge, or guest services
  • Has experience with reservation or CRM platforms such as OpenTable, SevenRooms, or Resy
  • Communicates with warmth, empathy, and professionalism in both written and verbal communication
  • Is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Can seamlessly bridge the gap between guests and multiple restaurant concepts, making every interaction feel informed, personal, and effortless
  • Is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where no two days look exactly alike
  • Has strong computer skills, including Google Workspace
  • Has open availability and is able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
You'll Thrive Here If You
  • Believe hospitality begins long before a guest walks through the door
  • Find satisfaction in creating thoughtful, personalized experiences
  • Are naturally curious and notice details that can elevate guest service
  • Enjoy balancing operational excellence with genuine human connection
  • Are excited by the opportunity to support a growing portfolio of hospitality brands while helping shape systems and standards that scale with the business
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly compensation
  • Paid time off and applicable benefits
  • Dining privileges across our portfolio of restaurant partners
  • Ongoing professional development and cross-training across multiple hospitality concepts
  • Opportunities for career growth as our portfolio continues to expand
  • A collaborative team that believes exceptional hospitality starts behind the scenes just as much as it does in the dining room

If you're excited by the idea of helping guests create tailored, memorable dining experiences and want to be part of a team supporting some of New York City's most exciting restaurant concepts, we'd love to meet you.
