We are currently seeking a Maître D’ Group Sales Coordinator to join our team at Dizzy’s Club . The Group Sales Coordinator is a cornerstone of the business’s operations. Acting as a liaison between service, guests, and management, this role requires a resourceful, professional, polished, and intuitive individual who serves as the first point of contact for guests at Dizzy’s Club. This position operates independently and offers significant opportunities for skill development and advancement into management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support training initiatives for host and front-of-house team members to ensure exceptional guest service standards.
- Communicating and coordinating with clients in preparing and managing group sales inquiries and/or contracts via emails and/or phone calls
- Manage and respond to guest and client communications in a timely and professional manner by email and/or phone calls.
- Oversee the Setup and organization of the dining room for group events and daily service.
- Ensure all opening, rolling, and closing procedures within the host department are executed accurately and efficiently
- Perform closing duties as needed, ensuring smooth end-of-day operations
- Execute additional assignments and special projects as directed by management.
- Support overall service execution to ensure seamless and high-quality guest experience.
- Perform general administrative duties to support front-of-house operations.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of NYC full-service restaurant experience. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Professional & hospitable demeanor, style, and e-mail etiquette.
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible availability to work afternoons, evenings, and late-night shifts as required.
- Strong hosting skills.
- Demonstrated experience in both serving and bartending, with a strong understanding of food and beverage service standards.
Location: Dizzy’s (JALC)
Salary: $20.00 + Uncapped 3% Commission.
Job Type: Full-time
