Bi-Lingual Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role supports a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have communication skills, a solid understanding of HR practices and Leave of Absences (e.g., Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, and PFL), and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and provide guidance to employees and management

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Assist with benefits administration and HR programs

• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality

• Oversee Leaves of absence programs, including Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, and PFL, from intake through return-to-work, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation

• Assist with employee morale initiatives and events.
