Dental assistant

The Dental Assistant supports the dentist in delivering high-quality patient care by preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, managing instruments, and ensuring a smooth clinical workflow. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted
Record and update patient information and treatment notes
Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
Manage dental materials and ensure adequate stock levels
Set up trays, materials, and equipment for dental procedures
Maintain strict infection-control and safety protocols
Support the front desk with scheduling, patient intake, and administrative tasks when needed

full-time $24 - $27 per hour

MONDAY - FRIDAY
8:30am to 5:30pm (hours may vary depending on patient schedule)

• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

3 to 5 years’ experience, CURVE HERO Dental Management Software a plus.
