Competent Care is an accredited Early Intervention Program in New York City, staffed with New York State licensed and certified professionals. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care and services to families ensuring positive outcomes for their children. Our services are tailored to each child's needs and are delivered in their natural environments, including homes, daycares, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to improve children's abilities to communicate.
- Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to implement therapeutic strategies.
- Regularly evaluate and document progress, modifying treatment plans to meet children's needs.
- Educate and support family members and caregivers in techniques to improve the child's communication skills.
- Manage scheduling and caseload based on personal availability and capacity.
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology or early intervention preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse families and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- If Telehealth, you must live in a state that is contiguous with New York
