As a Sales Consultant at Samsung Electronics, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will engage and develop relationships with clients, demonstrating product knowledge and effectively conveying the value of our offerings. Your role will involve understanding market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to convey the features and benefits of the products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team regarding customer preferences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty and retention.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven market knowledge and ability to analyze market trends.
- High level of emotional intelligence to read customer needs and emotions effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: $900 - $1200, commensurate with experience.
- Full-time position with benefits package that includes health insurance, professional development opportunities, and employee discounts.
