Position Summary:

Urban Health Plan is looking for New Grad Registered Nurses (Bilingual English/Spanish) who will become a vital part of clinical operations in our primary care and multi-specialty community health centers in the Bronx. We are seeking applicants to work full time in our federally qualified health centers

New Nursing Grads are welcome!!

We're hiring Registered Nurses in the Following Sectors:

• Family Health
• Internal Medicine
• Specialties (Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Allergy, Endocrinology, Podiatry)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid NYS Registered Professional Nurse Licensure required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of EMR, a plus.

Key Duties:

• Triage patients and assists patients with their needs.
• Provides quality nursing care and medication administration.
• Assists with prepping patients and providing patient education.
• Assists providers during examinations and treatments.
• Ensures proper sterilization procedures.
• Administers immunization to age-specific patients.
• Maintains health records by documenting patient contact and updating patient profile.

Starting Compensation: Minimum $81,000 Maximum $97,000/annum contingent on degree and experience level. Overtime eligible.
