We are seeking a high-touch, empathetic Customer Service to join a prestigious, world-renowned fragrance brand. This role is perfect for a professional who excels in hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

While this position is 100% remote, we are looking for candidates who can maintain high productivity in a home office setting while delivering the luxury service our clients expect.

• Pay: $25/hr
• Schedule: Part-time, 30 hours per week
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (No weekends)
  • Note: Availability on Mondays is required, but there is flexibility with hours/days for the remainder of the week.

What You’ll Do

As a Concierge, you will be the voice of the brand, handling typical customer service inquiries with a sense of urgency and grace. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Support: Responding to order and product inquiries via phone and email within established timeframes.
• Problem Solving: Resolving issues related to products, orders, and services—including cosmetovigilance cases—with a high-touch, empathetic approach.
• Collaboration: Supporting internal teams by providing relevant client-facing information regarding online orders and services.
• Issue Resolution: Managing upset customers and troubleshooting order discrepancies to ensure a premium experience.

Who You Are

• Background in call center, front desk operations, or the hospitality/hotel industry is highly preferred.
• Experience with CRM and any ticketing system is a plus.
• You possess a natural sense of urgency and can remain productive while working independently.
