TSLI/HHB is seeking full and part-time Direct Support Professionals to provide support and service provision to the residents in our housing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide for the health and safety of the residents and maintain the physical environment.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individual goals.
- Assist residents with arranging transportation to appointments and other program related activities. Provide transportation as needed.
- Responsible for reporting, maintaining, reviewing and regularly updating ongoing record according to the Documentation Guidelines and in compliance with Agency Policies and Procedures
TSLI is a not-for-profit Agency that has been helping adults with mental illness gain their independence, enjoy caring guidance, and achieve and maintain a sense of usefulness and personal dignity since it's inception in 1977. We are one of the largest licensed programs of Long Island.
HHB, a not-for-profit Agency, provides emergency housing, training and guidance to homeless families.
