About the Role

The Receptionist / Showroom Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for the office, supporting daily operations by providing a welcoming experience for buyers, vendors, and guests while ensuring showroom scheduling and front-desk functions run smoothly. This role plays a key part in maintaining a professional, organized, and client-ready environment.

How You’ll Contribute

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet buyers, vendors, and guests upon arrival and notify appropriate staff
• Coordinate and schedule showroom bookings, ensuring availability and proper setup
• Communicate with internal teams regarding meetings, appointments, and visitor arrivals
• Handle all incoming and outgoing messenger deliveries, including sorting, distributing, and coordinating any required pickups
• Assist with food deliveries, ensuring timely communication with employees and proper handling at the front desk
• Maintain the reception area and share front-facing spaces in a clean and organized manner

How You’ll Contribute

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams and external guests
• Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic office systems
