Position Overview:

You’ll be a key part of the on-site team, responsible for keeping the property in top condition. From completing work orders and unit turns to tackling repairs and preventive maintenance, you’ll help ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make-readies and apartment turns
• Routine and emergency work orders
• HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance (certification a plus!)
• Electrical and plumbing repairs
• Appliance troubleshooting and repairs
• Carpentry, drywall, painting
• Groundskeeping and snow removal (seasonal)
• Delivering exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must have your own tools
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Great attitude and dependable work ethic
