Ecommerce Manager (Beauty)
We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager for a major beauty company in NYC! The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth on .com. Reporting into the Director, eCommerce this candidate will work to achieve sales targets by supporting the development and implementation of site performance and online marketing strategies which drive traffic and conversion. The candidate will drive execution for the digital content briefing process end to end, inclusive of marketing calendar coordination, campaign ideation, and digital asset implementation. They will also help to project manage functions such as GEO/SEO, social selling, and personalization. They will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Digital Transformation, and Operations teams to execute online marketing programs flawlessly.
- Contract: 6 month contract
- Pay Rate: $45/hour
Responsibilities:
• Develop and brief ecommerce/CRM digital assets from end to end, from ideation to implementation, in close collaboration with creative services & e-merchandising teams
• Drive Blog ideation and implementation in collaboration with Global, ADX, and Education & Artistry teams, ensuring lock step with SEO agency
• Support the creation and maintenance of US DTC Marketing calendar. Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure proper execution
• Support the development and maintenance of on-site & CRM projects related to SEO/GEO, social selling, and personalization
• Owner of Nars.com Homepage & Long Form Landing Page content management, planning, and performance
• Serve as point of reference for the US DTC product launch calendar updates, keeping a close eye on any shifts and communicating them as needed to all cross-functional partners (CX, Social, Brand Marketing)
• Support the US eCommerce & CRM leads on any ad-hoc requests based on business needs

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in online marketing & ecommerce• Knowledgeable in web analytics, content development, project management and eCommerce/CRM best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics 4
• Analytical and data driven
• Energetic, self-motivated and independent
• To the point, practical, results-driven, and innovative
• Capable of working in a large corporate environment with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
• Understanding of the beauty market is a plus
