Cox & Company, Inc. is looking for an outgoing individual who will specialize in the manufacturing precision of using composite material in the Autoclave Area.
Requirements:- Perform vacuum bagging and related processes for fabrication and curing composite parts.
- Clean and smooth molds, cores, and core boxes, and repair surface imperfections.
- Assemble cores into lower sections of molds, to create mold assembly per work instructions.
- Clean and maintain work area to ensure safe and efficient work environment.
- De-molding cured parts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Document materials utilized in creating parts for traceability purposes.
- Work to meet production goals and deadlines
- Using scanner for time/attendance/work traveler.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- General knowledge of practices and procedures used to fabricate composite parts or similar is preferred.
- Ability to read and correctly interpret instructions in English is a must.
- Ability to use measuring instruments.
- Ability to lift rolls of material.
- Ability to use a computer
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position involves exposure to projects and contracts subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As a result, only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) are eligible for employment in this role. Applicants must meet these requirements to be considered.
