6186 - Part-Time Manager Kings Plaza
The Part-Time Manager (PTM) supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining store operations. This role helps lead the team to achieve business goals while creating a fun and engaging shopping environment aligned with the Claire’s brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the achievement of store sales goals, KPIs, and conversion targets
- Deliver friendly, engaging, and confident customer service
- Perform ear piercings in accordance with Claire’s safety and training standards
- Coach and motivate team members during shifts to drive performance
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is attractive and on-brand
- Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
- Promote key products, services, and loyalty programs to customers
- Ensure store standards are maintained, including cleanliness and organization
- Provide feedback to leadership on team performance and opportunities

All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
