We are currently seeking a skilled and practiced Adult Registered Nurse to join our team in Staatsburg, NY. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, excellent communication expertise, and the capability to work effectively in a team environment. We are seeking for someone with practice and a passion working with the OPWDD community.


This is a full time, direct hire position, Monday-Friday. It will be an 8.5 hour shift between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm.



Registered Nurse General Requirements:

»Current New York State RN license

»Minimum of 2 years of practice in adult nursing

»Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking expertise

»Strong interpersonal and communication expertise

» capability to work effectively in a team environment

»Basic computer expertise and practice with electronic medical records



Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

»Assess and monitor patients' health status and develop care plans

»Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

»Document patient care and progress notes accurately and timely

»Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care

»Educate patients and their families on health care needs and self-care techniques

»Follow infection control policies and procedures

»Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information
