Full-Time | Fast-Paced Studio | Problematic Skin Focus
Sofie Pavitt Studio is looking for a talented, experienced Esthetician to join our high-performing team. We’re known for our fast-paced environment, advanced extraction work, and exceptional client retention. If you’re passionate about helping clients achieve real results and want to grow within a leading NYC studio, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform result-driven facials with a focus on extractions and problematic skin (acne, congestion, texture concerns).
- Maintain an exceptional client experience with strong communication and follow-through.
- Build and retain a strong client base through expertise, professionalism, and consistency.
- Keep accurate treatment notes and follow studio protocols.
- Assist with daily studio operations as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Esthetician in New York State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy studio, spa, or dermatology setting.
- Strong extraction skills and a passion for corrective skincare.
- Experience with Aerolase or other lasers is a plus (training available).
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work weekends if needed.
