Assistant Store Manager
Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations and achieving sales goals
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a premium customer experience
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines
Manage employee schedules, attendance, and assist with staff training and performance support
Prepare and organize operational documents and reporting materials for headquarters
Conduct cash audits, implement loss prevention measures, and ensure compliance with company standards for safety, cleanliness, and quality
Understand and utilize all retail systems, POS, and reporting tools
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
Open availability of 40 hours per week
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, beauty, or fashion industries; management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills with a hands-on approach
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required to effectively communicate with headquarters
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high retail traffic days (including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, and Mother's Day)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a flagship or beauty retail environment
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a passion for client engagement
