WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re on the hunt for a multi-talented Coach to join our growing team. This role blends the sports performance edge with our signature strength interval group experience . You’ll train youth athletes to level up their speed, strength, and agility—and then turn around and lead adults through high-energy, sweat-dripping, strength-based interval workouts.

This isn’t a cookie-cutter job. It’s for the game-changers, leaders, and motivators who want to create impact in and outside of the gym.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Coach youth sports performance sessions (private, semi-private, and group/team-based)
- Lead adults through strength-based group interval workouts that hit hard and inspire deeper
- Write and execute progressive training programs
- Motivate, educate, and mentor athletes of all levels
- Track progress, celebrate wins, and pivot as needed
- Bring the energy every damn day
- Collaborate with the team to build something bigger than you

MUST-HAVES:
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or similar)
- Experience working with youth or athletic populations
- Confident coaching presence and magnetic personality
- Passion for movement, mentorship, and mindset

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:
- Have a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Are a former athlete or have coaching experience in team sports
- Understand recovery, mobility, and injury prevention strategies
- Have a presence on social media and want to grow your brand with us

Pay: $20.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
