Director of Digital Marketing
NEXTTA has been engaged to lead the search for a Director of Digital Marketing , a strategic and data‑driven leader who will oversee the vision, execution, and optimization of digital initiatives across all online channels. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition through integrated paid, owned, and earned digital strategies. As a key member of the marketing organization, this leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company’s digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Digital Strategy
- Develop and own the end‑to‑end digital marketing strategy across web, email, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid media.
- Elevate brand visibility and accelerate lead generation across core verticals.
Marketing Campaigns
- Build and manage the annual campaign calendar.
- Oversee the creation of campaign assets in collaboration with creative and digital teams.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance using data‑driven insights.
- Manage and maintain the marketing database.
- Partner with Inside Sales to implement, track, and refine outbound campaign initiatives.
- Lead the website redesign effort with cross‑functional teams and external partners to enhance brand presence and user experience.
- Stay current on digital trends, regulatory changes, and competitive benchmarks.
- Oversee day‑to‑day website updates and SEO execution.
Digital Funnel Optimization
- Drive high‑quality traffic, increase engagement, and improve conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.
- Maximize ROI across web, email, social, search, and paid advertising programs.
Team, Agency & Technology Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists.
- Manage relationships with external agencies supporting digital initiatives.
- Oversee the marketing technology stack and digital marketing budget.
Reporting & Analytics
- Define KPIs and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior leadership.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that guide strategy and investment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing direct reports and external agencies.
- Demonstrated success leading large‑scale, multi‑channel digital campaigns.
- Proficiency with WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, GA4, and strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email automation, and analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, consistent follow‑through, and the ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
