Job Description

• Develop, update, and manage training materials, guidance documents, and other knowledge resources
• Curate and maintain precedent collections and conduct matter debriefs to support analysis
• Partner with leadership to identify training needs and design appropriate training resources
• Guide attorneys in using internal and external learning tools
• Deliver training on knowledge management tools, resources, and best practices
• Stay current on emerging technologies and KM systems relevant to litigation
• Collaborate with the KM team on innovation and technology projects
• Support and scale pilot initiatives, gather feedback, and track outcomes
• Evaluate generative AI capabilities and develop tailored prompts for legal tasks
• Provide guidance on effective, ethical, and secure AI use
• Gather feedback on KM systems and leverage attorney engagement to support adoption
• Document best practices and lessons learned on technology evaluation and implementation
• Identify gaps in KM systems and develop solutions to address them
• Create workflows that improve efficiency in common matter types
• Build strong relationships across the department and encourage knowledge sharing

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• JD degree and significant litigation experience (5-7 years preferred)
• Strong organizational, project management, and time‑management skills
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership while collaborating effectively
• Skilled at developing creative, iterative solutions to complex problems
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Able to work confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Maintains discretion, professionalism, and composure under pressure
• Highly responsive with a commitment to superior client service
• Comfortable with Excel and able to produce compelling PowerPoint materials
• Demonstrated aptitude for technology, particularly in organizing information and applying AI in legal workflows
• Experience collaborating with partners in a large law‑firm environment
