Bartender

Bar Bianchi, owned and operated by Golden Age Hospitality - the group behind Le Dive, The Nines, The Happiest Hour, and Deux Chats, is currently seeking a passionate Server to join our team. Bar Bianchi is a bustling Italian-inspired restaurant and bar with a focus on traditional Italian dishes, natural wine, spritzes, and Negroni variations.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender with at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume nightlife setting.

We use every interaction as a chance to guide the experience. We aim to create an environment that feels fun, effortless, and unpretentious. We want guests to have an unforgettable New York dining experience every time. We want our Bartenders to recognize regulars, friends and family, hospitality industry peers, and welcome first time diners – fostering genuine connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests, providing recommendations and enhancing their experience.
• Craft high-quality cocktails with precision, speed, and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste.
• Work seamlessly with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
• Monitor and manage inventory, assisting with ordering and restocking as needed.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies, ensuring guest safety and compliance with legal regulations.
• Participate in staff training and meetings to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume nightlife venue (required)
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with a passion for mixology
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming, guest-focused attitude
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Must have flexible availability, including late nights, weekends, and holiday
