Job Summary
The Box Office Manager supervises all aspects of ticketing operations for various events within the Athletics Department and the Houston Field House. The manager is responsible for managing ticket sales and customer service to ensure efficient and prosperous ticketing processes. In addition, with the guidance from the Associate AD, Marketing & Communications, the manager assists in generating revenue through ticket sales, cultivating season ticket holders and enhancing relationships with existing sponsors.


Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree in a related field
Three years of related practice
A significant combination of education, professional practice and training may be substituted for a degree.

Shift
Non Standard Shift: capability to work weekends and evenings located on business need


Starting income/Rate

Expected hiring range: $55,000 per year

Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate's income will be determined located on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate's qualifications, practice, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer's good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting.
