WHO YOU WILL BE
As the Director of Channel Partnerships and Sales at Locality you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the management and expansion of our strategic channel work closely with partner managers cross-functional teams and leadership to develop and execute strategies foster strong relationships with key partners and champion innovative approaches to enhance channel partnership programs.
Manage and foster a high-performing diverse team that drives the success of Localitys channel partnership managers. Foster a culture that encourages creative thinking risk-taking and collaboration.
Collaborate with partner managers to navigate unique challenges in each partner environment ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and ambitious businessobjectives.
Forecast andoptimizea teams sales pipeline and lead channel sales strategies and initiatives to exceed revenue targetsidentifyingnew and agile opportunities for opportunities and agile approaches to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
Work seamlessly with internal teams breaking down silos to align channel partnership initiatives with overall business goals. Adapt and evolve strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Navigate uncertainties of the media landscape with a scrappy mitigate potential risks associated with channel partnerships ensuring a resilient and adaptable approach.
Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of channel partnership programs staying ahead of industry trends and competition.
Serve as a thought leader and representative of Locality with partners externally. Be the representative of the channel partner business to the Locality team internally providing insights and driving alignment with company goals.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
10 years in media salesor advertisingsalesideally within the Streaming orBroadcast television space.
4 years of leadership experience in channel or partner sales
Ourenvironmentcalls for a strategicthinkingleader thatis able tobecreative adaptableand highly self-motivated
A leader witha track recordof hiring managingteachingand motivating successfulsalesteams.
A strong customer focus and ability toeffectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust respect and communication.
Experience selling advertising at the national and local level is a plus
To build and fosterpartner relationships youwill betravelingup to20%-30% of theyear.
Demonstrating a keen ability to listen and empathize with both customers and sales professionals
Our environment requires excellent verbal/written communicationand presentationskills
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary of $130000-$140000 in addition to a lucrative commission plan that brings total potential earnings up to $160000 - $175000. (dependent on years of experience level of education obtained as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits retirement benefits and paid days off).
