CircleLink Health is hiring a high-ownership Customer Success Manager to lead relationships with provider groups using our AI-enabled chronic care platform. You’ll own onboarding, adoption, renewals, and automation initiatives across a multi-million-dollar book of business; and work directly with the CEO to scale a core revenue function.
This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven, fast-scaling healthtech company (300K+ patient encounters, 31% cost-of-care reduction, 99% patient satisfaction) set to grow >80% in the next year.
Ideally, candidates will have 3+ years’ experience in healthcare roles such as customer success/service, consulting, professional services, or healthcare account management. Candidates with no healthcare experience will also be considered.

About the Role
You will own the entire post-signature revenue function across CircleLink’s provider customers. This includes onboarding, day-to-day success, QBRs, renewals, data analysis, and working with engineering to automate customer workflows using our AI tools.
You will report directly to the CEO and be supported by two part-time resources (billing reconciliation + admin). As we scale, this role has a clear path to Senior CSM, Head of Customer Success, or Operations/Product leadership .

What You’ll Do
- Own customer relationships end-to-end : onboarding, adoption, retention, QBRs, renewals, and upsells.
- * Lead operational excellence * by managing billing reviews, monthly account health checks, and customer escalations.
- * Analyze customer + patient data * to identify trends, care gaps, and revenue opportunities (Excel/Sheets).
- Work cross-functionally with engineers on integrations, implementations, and translating customer needs into scalable product improvements.
- Automate workflows using AI or other tools and help build repeatable CS playbooks and processes.
- Manage 2 part-time support resources (billing + admin) with room to expand the team as we grow.
- Drive special projects (BD, marketing, product research, financial analysis) based on company priorities.
Must-Have
- 3–7+ years in Customer Success, Operations, Consulting, Professional Services, or Healthcare Account Management
- Strong analytical/Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with AI tools
- Exceptional communication skills with senior executives (calls, email, meetings)
- Demonstrated ability to create processes where none exist
- Calm under pressure, strong follow-through, and a bias toward action
- Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and working with clinical stakeholders
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in value-based care, CCM/RPM, practice operations, or EHR workflows
- Background in early-stage startups or fast-scaling environments
- Familiarity with CPT codes, eligibility workflows, or medical billing
- Experience working with engineers or product teams
Salary: $80k – $100k Compensation will depend on experience and location
