- Travel to customers to fulfill work orders
- Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately per factory and dealership standards
- Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues with precision
- Work with the Parts Department to secure necessary components
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Deliver top-quality service while upholding dealership reputation and customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on automotive technician experience
- Ford Certification is a huge plus
- ASE or other OEM Certification is a plus
- Solid knowledge of repair and maintenance across vehicle systems
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to operate advanced diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
