Compensation: $31.25-$36.06/hour

Schedule: 40.00 hours /week

• Partner with hiring managers to accurately define position requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy.
• Support the business and assigned functional areas with acquiring talent, including attending townhall meetings and business update meetings for various initiatives.
• Identify and partner with technical vocational schools and local workforce organizations.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and coordinate on-site company hiring events, represent client at local job-fairs, and participate in any industry-related networking events.
• Proactively source candidates.
• Conduct phone screens to qualify and present candidates to the hiring teams.
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers.
• Compose and post attractive job advertisements.
• Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
• Communicate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, inclusive of managing a high-volume requisition load.

• Highly organized, with the ability to act with urgency.
• Have a resourceful and creative ability to attract talent.
