Who You Are:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for medical malpractice defense
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel

What You Will Be Doing?

• Provide legal counsel and representation in various legal proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents
