About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic, highly communicative, and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in our Brooklyn office.

At Heady, Product Managers are the driving force behind our client engagements. You’ll lead cross-functional teams of designers and engineers to build, launch, and grow mobile and web products for leading retail and lifestyle brands. You’ll act as the connective tissue between client goals, user needs, and technical execution, ensuring every deliverable aligns with measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  Lead the full lifecycle of digital product development, from discovery and strategy through launch and ongoing optimization.



• 
  

  Conduct stakeholder interviews, competitive research, and collaborate with design teams on user research to identify business opportunities and customer pain points.



• 
  

  Define and maintain clear product roadmaps and release plans using data-driven prioritization methods.



• 
  

  Partner closely with our offshore engineering team in India and internal technical leadership to plan and execute development cycles.



• 
  

  Translate strategic goals into actionable business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.



• 
  

  Manage project scope, budgets, and delivery schedules while maintaining strong client communication and trust.



• 
  

  Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.



• 
  

  Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements aligned with KPIs and business objectives.

Who You Are:

• 
  

  5+ years of product or project management experience within digital product development for native apps & web.



• 
  

  Proven track record leading B2C app and website strategy, design, and build initiatives.



• 
  

  Strong communication skills and ability to manage international, cross-functional teams.



• 
  

  Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).



• 
  

  Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for balancing business priorities and technical constraints.



• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree or higher; background in Computer Science or related field a strong plus.



• 
  

  Prior agency or consultancy experience is highly preferred.



• 
  

  Based in the NYC area and available in-office 2 days/week.
