- Lead month-end and year-end close; prepare financial statements for owners, investors, and stakeholders
- Own HUD financial submissions, USDA MINC, and LIHTC investor reporting, staying current on regulatory changes including HOTMA
- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls; standardize policies across the portfolio
Team Leadership & Strategy

- Affordable housing compliance isn’t background noise to you. You know the regulations, you know what’s at stake, and you don’t cut corners.
- You can walk a property manager through a variance and turn around and present to the CFO without skipping a beat .
- You’ve built teams before and have the patience and structure to do it again. Developing people isn’t something you fit in around the “real” work.
Why Join CRM?
- Purpose: Meaningful work: 5,500+ families and individuals call our communities home
- Stability: 50+ years of growth and community impact across Upstate New York
- Growth: Shape the accounting function as CRM continues to expand
