Job Description

Join our Global Corporate Banking (GCB) Business Management team and play a pivotal role in promoting key initiatives, shaping business strategy, and optimizing performance across the organization. Business Management optimizes business performance by helping to drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.

As an Associate on the Business Management team within the Global Subsidiary Banking unit, you will work closely with the Global and Regional Business Managers and Planning and Analysis teams to drive consolidation and standardization on global initiatives including but not limited to client selection and coverage strategy, resource planning and allocation, growth plans and budgets.

Job responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze and present data and findings to facilitate decision making and business progression
  • Collaborate across product partners, sales teams and business managers to identify client opportunities to help execute business plans
  • Coordinate of the client agenda – client selection and coverage, prioritization, relationship status, growth opportunities, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate financial management including: pipeline oversight and projections, forecasts, annual budgets, revenue reconciliation and expense management
  • Influence production of financial reporting and ad hoc financial analytics and data modeling
  • Own and manage materials for global business reviews, all hands calls, townhalls for Subsidiary Banking

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of post-grad experience in finance, project management, or business management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate results to diverse audiences.
  • Team-oriented and flexible, with project ownership skills.
  • Ability to structure and build quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and decision-making skills for interacting with senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Degree in Finance or General Management.
  • Understanding of business drivers and modeling.
