  • We are seeking an experienced PL\/SQL Developer to support end\-to\-end solution design, development, and data validation for critical regulatory reporting initiatives, including but not limited to FR 2052A, FR Y\-15, and other liquidity and risk\-related reports. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • This role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle PL\/SQL and strong functional understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks within financial institutions. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/u>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>
      
      

      
      
      • Design, develop, and optimize Oracle PL\/SQL code including packages, procedures, functions, and cursors.
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Build and maintain Oracle Data Warehouse and DataMart components to support regulatory reporting requirements.
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Develop and manage ETL processes leveraging PL\/SQL, Unix shell scripting, and batch execution frameworks.
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Debug, tune, and enhance large\-scale PL\/SQL applications for performance and stability.
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Prepare deployment\-ready code and participate in the release\/packaging process to move solutions into production environments.
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Ensure adherence to enterprise data architecture, quality, and control standards.
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions supporting regulatory reporting across liquidity, capital, and risk domains.
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, synthesize, and translate requirements into robust solution designs.
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Conduct thorough functional analysis to identify data gaps, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Perform detailed data validation and reconciliation for regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Work with QA teams to support test case preparation, execution, and defect management. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

        BASIC QUALIFICATION: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/u>

        • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • 10+ years of experience as a Developer\/Analyst within a financial institution, focusing on regulatory reporting initiatives.
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • Proven experience working with U.S. regulatory reports such as FR 2052A, FR Y‑15, liquidity risk reporting, or similar frameworks.
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • Demonstrated ability to work closely with end‑users, business analysts, and technical teams in a collaborative environment.
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • Experience with AxiomSL (Axiom) regulatory reporting platform is highly preferred.
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
