Psychotherapist, Private Practice Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW LMHC LMSW

The Gooding Wellness Group is a premier group psychotherapy practice located in the historic village of Cold Spring Harbor, NY. As we continue to grow intentionally, we are seeking experienced, motivated clinicians to join our collaborative and well-established team. These are fee-for-service (1099) positions ideal for clinicians who value clinical autonomy, professional growth, and working within a supportive group practice. We are looking for motivated clinicians who would like to build their practice and collaborate with other professionals.

We are also seeking fully licensed LCSWs or LMHCs to provide part-time evening and weekend availability , with a clinical focus on adolescents and families . School-based clinicians seeking supplemental private practice hours are strongly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Current New York State license as an LCSW or LMHC
• Experience working with adolescents, families, and young adults
• School-based or community mental health experience a plus
• Independent, driven, and collaborative clinical style
• EMDR training is highly encouraged

Compensation is percentage based on income received through psychotherapy sessions and paid out bi-weekly. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. Candidate will be 1099 employee.

Clinicians who specialize with substance abuse encouraged to apply.
