We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage the operational and administrative functions of our client accounts. This position will be responsible for handling specific client and vendor correspondences, as it pertains to the project or service work order, and working to find solutions to ensure the clients’ needs are being met.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high profile customer relationships through phone and email correspondences


• Strengthen client relationships to maintain and maximize volume


• Receiving all incoming call/email inquiries, creating and dispatching all work orders


• Identify and dispatch vendors whose skills align with the trade requested


• Recruit new vendors and negotiate vendor labor and material pricing as needed


• Review measurements and ensure goals set for the team are met


• Review and approve invoices and proposals


• Ensure client satisfaction and follow up either directly to the client or on their 3rd party system


• Handle job escalations and communicate service issues to upper management


• Answer client and vendor inquires and resolve issues in a timely manner


• Actively monitor and work with the AP/AR dept. to resolve billing holds, challenges, and any client or vendor invoicing escalations


• Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as given by direct supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience


• Demonstrated customer service and management skills


• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


• Sense of urgency to handle tasks timely and efficiently


• Internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office a must


• Construction management and/or national retail & facility maintenance experience


• Experience working with & managing sub-contractors

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
